Kalea Lifts in China has made a great choice installing the residential lift in the middle of the staircase. Because the void at the centre of a staircase is often an unused space, it is the perfect spot for a lift!
White is Beautiful
Whoever thinks that white is boring, think again! The white colour of this lift ties in with the ceilings and kitchen island, creating a nice contrast to the blonde wood, creme coloured walls and marble.
Townhouse Basement
The Kalea A4 Mini takes you all the way down the basement of the townhouse. A doorway, right next to the LED lit stone wall, leads to a big dining room, placed inside spa like atrium.
On the Top Floor
On the top floor, the customer has chosen to make the lift part of the architectural features of their home. The Kalea A4 Mini only requires a headroom of 2300 mm, but here the top of the lift continues all the way up and is encased by a molding in the ceiling.
Glazed Lift Shaft
The glazed lift shaft offers wonderful views of the home when you travel on the open platform. This lift model is available with glazing on all 4 sides of the lift shaft, but for this installation, only 3 sides were needed.
