The Kalea A4 Mille is a very versatile and powerful lift. Given its generous dimensions and high load capacity, this platform lift is just as suitable for warehouses and commercial properties, as for public buildings, clinics, and care homes.
Rated Load of 1000 kg
Thanks to its high load capacity and large platform, the Kalea A4 Mille is perfect for transportation of goods, or groups of 8-10 people.
Minimal Structural Impact
The Kalea A4 Mille is a machine room less lift, with a reduced top height and lift pit, that requires very few building alterations.
Installation in 4-5 Days
Our ready-made, low-impact lift concept makes lift installation is fast and easy. For a 2 stop lift, a working week is all you need.
Platform Lifts Explained
The Kalea A4 Mille is a vertical platform lift. A vertical platform lift does not have a lift cabin. Instead you travel with an open platform inside an enclosed lift shaft. Also, platform lifts do not travel as fast as conventional lifts, but they offer other great advantages, such as short delivery time, speedy installation and space-efficiency.

Machine Room Less Lift
The screw-driven machinery is compact enough to fit inside the lift shaft, there is no need for a separate machine room.
Low Top Height
With standard doors, the Kalea A4 Mille has a top height of only 2300 mm, a top height which will easily fit under almost any ceiling.
Only 130 mm Lift Pit
A lift pit of 130 mm is all you need. It is also possible to install the lift directly on the floor and create an access ramp for it.

Kalea A4 Mille Platform Design
The platform controls are conceived to be ergonomic and user-friendly and the control panel includes floor buttons, an alarm button and an emergency stop button. In addition, the platform comes with several safety features, such as emergency phone, safety edges, and battery emergency lowering as standard.
To comply with European Standards, the floor buttons need to be operated by hold-to-run (constant pressure on the button), while the call buttons on the doors are operated with automatic drive (one-touch). For countries outside of Europe, other standards may apply. Please contact us, or your closest Kalea dealer, if you need more information.
Compact Goods Elevators
Not convinced that that you have room for a goods lift? Well, then we will convince you! The Kalea A4 Mille, is in fact very space-efficient. Not only is the lift construction very compact, but the lift is always delivered with a ready-made lift shaft in glass or steel panels that also saves you a lot of space, compared to a masonry shaft.
Do you still think that you need to go smaller? If a less spacious platform and a rated load of 400-500 kg are sufficient for your needs, the Kalea A4 Primo is a good, alternative solution.

The Kalea A4 Mille is a very versatile lift. Thanks to the fact that this large and powerful lift is approved for transport of cargo and passengers, it can be used for many different things, in a great variety of buildings.
