Wintteri is a  multi-purpose building in  and a vibrant, modern hub for learning, culture, sports and community in Uusikaupunki, Finland. The building features a crisp white Kalea A4 Primo platform lift that provides accessibility and comfort to visitors and staff. The Kalea A4 Mille is a heavy-duty lift ideal for transporting heavy equipment or 8-10 passengers.

In this case, the lift was placed right at the centre of the staircase, one of our favourite places to install a lift since it does not take up any living space.

Fun fact: Did you know that the top height on the top floor of a Kalea A4 Primo only needs to be 50mm higher than the door frame? It can also be extended to fit the available headroom to fit sloped ceilings like this one.

6. As small as it gets – Kalea A4 Mini in Shanghai

The customer wanted a compact solution that could provide easy access to all levels of their multi-storey townhouse in Shanghai. The Kalea A4 Mini is the smallest platform lift in our product range and is ideal for properties with limited space. Even without much space, 1m² is sufficient to install it.

Fun fact: Did you know the Kalea A4 Mini does not require a lift pit? Kalea A4  can be installed directly on your floor with a ramp!
